Fashionista

Discover "Fashionista" by German artist Heiner Meyer. Meyer often says he didn’t go looking for this project—it found him. For him, diving into the many worlds of fashion felt like a natural next step. After studying Fine Arts at the University of Braunschweig and completing his master's degree under Professors Karl Schulz and Malte Sartorius, Meyer began focusing on figurative painting. By challenging traditional ways of seeing, he carved out his own unique path into the bold, colorful world of (Post) Pop Art.

With a career that includes more than 400 exhibitions across Germany, Europe, Asia, and the U.S., Meyer has earned countless awards and grants along the way. His striking pieces are now held in many world-class collections and museums. Today, Heiner Meyer continues to live and work in Bielefeld.
