Nearby Landscapes

Under the title Paisajes cercanos (Nearby Landscapes), the Museo de Bellas Artes de Álava presents a selection of works from its collection. Most of the artists, born or living in the Basque Country, depict the landscapes of their homeland, though there are also views of nearby regions like La Rioja and Navarra, places many painters would visit in search of inspiration.
