Casa de Porras

Located in the beautiful Albayzín neighborhood, Casa de Porras is more than just a historic building—it’s a lively space where the University of Granada meets the community. Working alongside the university’s contemporary culture center, La Madraza, we host events at both Casa de Porras and the nearby Palacio del Almirante, keeping the city’s heritage alive with fresh ideas.

From hands-on workshops and courses to live concerts and art exhibitions, there’s something for everyone to discover. We believe culture belongs to all of us, which is why we’re dedicated to opening the university’s doors to the entire city.
