Cummer Museum

The Cummer Museum was founded in 1958 after Ninah Cummer, a passionate art collector, gardening enthusiast, and community leader, donated her cherished art collection and riverside home to establish the museum.

What started with 60 pieces from her estate has since expanded to over 5,000 works of art.

The museum’s historic gardens, overlooking the St. Johns River, provide a peaceful retreat for visitors to enjoy.
